Brennan Dates is an Award Winning Head Chef on some of the most expensive and luxurious super yachts in the world. When he's not working on super-yachts, he's travelling around the world on his motorbike having adventures. Brennan also hosts a podcast called Get The Fork Out where he interviews other chefs and professionals in the yachting industry. I edit these podcasts for him as well. He posts the videos I edit for him on his YouTube channel: Olive Oil & Gasoline. I also design the thumbnails and cover art for the channel.
